Sherif Dweek is CEO of Pro-Vac, a Gallant Capital portfolio company and one of North America's leading infrastructure and environmental services businesses, serving utility, municipal, industrial, energy, data center, and construction customers across the continent. Over the past three years, he has grown revenue 4x and EBITDA 5x, integrated seven acquisitions and seven greenfield builds, and expanded the company well beyond its original oil & gas footprint into infrastructure modernization and data centers.

His approach is grounded in two decades of global operating leadership at SLB (formerly Schlumberger), where he ran large P&Ls and led operational turnarounds across the Middle East, Africa, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and North America, and in co-founding Maze Environmental, an emissions-reduction venture. Sherif is the creator of EBUC™ (Every Business Unit Counts), an operating framework that drives accountability to the branch level and turns strategy into sustainable enterprise value.

Aleona Domin is Chief Financial Officer of Pro-Vac, where she leads the company's financial strategy through a period of rapid growth. She brings more than two decades of finance leadership across professional services and industrial sectors, including CFO of SEACOMP and Global Operations Finance Leader at Marsh, where she managed a $400M+ P&L across more than 7,000 employees. Earlier, she held strategic finance and FP&A leadership roles at Mercer and Marsh ClearSight, driving long-range planning, performance analytics, and strategic decision support for organizations with revenue up to $5B.

Aleona holds a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and a BA in Economics from Boston University's Questrom School of Business.

Trey Secor serves as Chief Revenue Officer at Pro-Vac, leading the company's commercial strategy and growth across its national infrastructure services platform.

With more than 20 years of experience, Trey has built and scaled high-performing commercial organizations for founder-led and private equity-backed businesses. He has helped lead multiple companies through rapid growth and successful acquisitions, including Ruckit (acquired by Command Alkon), Vac-One Services (acquired by Pro-Vac), and T-Rex Services through two private equity transactions.

Trey began his career in the hydrovac and industrial services industry, gaining firsthand experience in the operational and commercial drivers of the business. That foundation, combined with his experience scaling companies through growth and acquisition, brings a unique perspective to Pro-Vac's continued expansion.

Krystle Lee is Vice President of Human Resources at Pro-Vac, where she leads Human Capital strategy and partners with the CEO, executive leadership team, and Board to align workforce priorities with business performance, organizational scalability, and long-term enterprise value. She brings more than a decade of U.S. and global HR experience across private equity-backed industrial and field-services organizations, with experience operating across workforces of more than 4,000 employees and HR operations across five countries.

Her approach is grounded in treating Human Capital as a business function, using data and technology to strengthen accountability, improve workforce productivity, and drive measurable business outcomes. Krystle is also an active HR industry speaker and holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing with a minor in Economics from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and a Master of Science in Leadership and Human Resource Development from Louisiana State University.

Chad Schira is Vice President of Operations at Pro-Vac, where he brings a safety-driven, people-first leadership style to scaling the company's field operations. He most recently served as Chief Operating Officer of Marek Sawing & Drilling, and spent more than nine years at Badger Daylighting rising from Area Manager to General Manager, leading teams through expansion, operational transformation, and cultural change across multiple regions.

Earlier in his career, Chad held operations and management roles at Clean Harbors and Peak Energy Services, building a deep operational foundation in field services and industrial operations. Across every role, he has focused on aligning strategy with execution—building strong safety cultures, empowering teams, and streamlining operations to drive sustainable, disciplined growth.
