Texas ReExcavation started in Houston in 2001 running hydrovac and industrial vacuum trucks. Those trucks and that work are part of Pro-Vac now.
T-Rex grew with the shale oil boom, digging and vacuuming for pipeline and drilling work in the Eagle Ford and the Permian Basin. It built up a big hydrovac fleet and kept it young by selling off older trucks and replacing them with new ones.
Its customers were oil and gas operators, pipeline companies, utilities, telecom, cities, electrical and mechanical contractors, industrial and commercial builders, and land drilling rigs.
